Who wrote this, and how
Cafeity makes one of the apps on this list, so this page has a conflict of interest. To keep it honest: every fact about another app comes from its own App Store listing or website, checked on 24 September 2026; ratings are quoted as the App Store shows them; nothing is scored by us; and where another app suits a need better, we say so. Apps change often — check the current listing before you decide.

Shotsy — the established all-rounder
Shotsy has been on the App Store since 2024 and is the most widely rated GLP-1 tracker alongside MeAgain. Its listing covers injections and daily pills, multiple medications with separate schedules, reminders and countdowns, estimated medication levels for semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide, analytics, Apple Health import, and PDF and CSV export. On iPhone it syncs through your private iCloud; on Android through Google Firebase. It needs iOS 18 or later.
Choose it if you want a mature, detailed logbook on any phone. Full comparison with Cafeity.
MeAgain — the all-in-one routine app
MeAgain tracks shots and pills, injection sites, food by photo, barcode and search, protein, fibre and water, side effects, weight and progress photos, with widgets that include its companion character, Capy. Its website says a registered dietitian leads its food guidance.
Choose it if you want an app that guides and encourages as well as records. Full comparison with Cafeity.
Glowise — AI food logging first
Glowise describes itself as an AI health app for weight loss and nutrition with GLP-1 support. Its strengths are logging speed — voice logging, photo, barcode and label scanning — and planning: seven-day meal plans, a recipe library and restaurant-menu scanning, alongside dose tracking, symptom logging and estimated medication levels.
Choose it if food logging and meal ideas matter more to you than the medication record.
Glapp — community and comparison
Glapp calls itself the first community-driven GLP-1 app. Its listing includes shot logging with dose, timing and site, food-noise and hunger tracking, daily check-ins for side effects, mood, energy, bowel movements and sleep, a medication-level curve, "shot phases" that it says predict hunger and energy shifts, and comparisons of your progress with clinical trial data and other users. It runs on iPhone, Android and the web, and its website offers a tirzepatide dose calculator that converts milligrams to syringe units.
Choose it if you want comparisons with other people and predictive features. Cafeity deliberately does neither. Full comparison.
Pep AI and Regimen — for peptides as well
Both track GLP-1 medicines alongside other peptides, and both have Android versions. Pep AI covers shots and doses, an injection-site body map, vial inventory, photo meal scanning, symptoms, sleep and weight; its listing says it does not give dosing instructions, and that a paid subscription is required for its tracking features. Regimen tracks peptides, GLP-1s, testosterone and hormone therapy from a library of more than 200 compounds, and includes reconstitution and dosing calculators; it is free for one compound.
Choose one if you track several compounds. Cafeity records GLP-1 medicines only and will never calculate a dose or the units to draw — see Cafeity compared with Pep AI.
Cafeity — a record for your prescriber
Cafeity is the newest here: released on the App Store on 21 September 2026, iPhone-only, English-only, no ratings yet. It records doses and sites, food (photo, search, barcode, quick-add), weight as a smoothed trend, and symptoms including food noise and bowel changes. The Cycle View draws an estimated level from your own dose dates; the Visit Summary turns a period you choose into one print-ready page; and Ora answers questions about your own record.
Its limits are the point: it never recommends, calculates or adjusts a dose, never predicts an outcome, and never stores health data in iCloud. Logging is free with 90 days of history; what is free and what is Pro is set out in full.
If you mainly want to count food
General nutrition apps are more mature at food logging than any GLP-1 app, and some people pair one with a simple dose record. As of 24 September 2026: MyFitnessPal (4.7 from 2.36 million ratings), Lose It! (4.8 from 778,218), Cronometer (4.8 from 98,477, strong on micronutrients) and MacroFactor (4.8 from 22,507, adaptive energy targets). None of them is built around the medication cycle. See Cafeity compared with MyFitnessPal, Lose It! and Cronometer.
How to choose
- On Android? Shotsy, MeAgain, Glapp, Pep AI and Regimen all have Android versions. Need a language other than English? Shotsy is available in seventeen.
- Mostly food and meal ideas? Glowise, or a general nutrition app.
- Several peptides or hormones? Pep AI or Regimen.
- Comparisons with other users and predictive nudges? Glapp.
- A private record that explains your week and produces one page for your prescriber, with no dose advice? Cafeity.
- Just the basics on paper? The free printable GLP-1 tracker.
Whichever you choose, check what it does with your health data, and be wary of any app that tells you when or how much to inject — that is a decision for you and your prescriber.
