Trackers
One record, organised around the cycle
Cafeity is medication-agnostic: the medication is a label on a dose record, and the only thing that changes between them is the published half-life behind the curve. These pages describe what the record holds for each, how the curve is worked out, and — just as importantly — what the app refuses to do with any of it.
By medication
-
Semaglutide tracker
Dose dates, sites, meals, symptoms and weight in one record, with the week drawn as a curve.
-
Tirzepatide tracker
The same record, with the shorter half-life reflected in the shape of your week.
-
Liraglutide tracker
A daily-cadence record, where the useful pattern is the day rather than the week.
-
Dulaglutide tracker
A weekly-cadence record with the published half-life behind the curve.
-
Exenatide tracker
Records either formulation, with the cadence you actually take.
-
Orforglipron tracker
A daily tablet with a day-and-a-half half-life: a much flatter week, drawn from your own log.
-
Oral semaglutide tracker
The daily tablet and its morning routine, with a level that is almost flat once it has built up.
By what you are recording
-
GLP-1 dose tracker
Every dose, with the date, the amount and the site, and the week it produced.
-
GLP-1 side effect tracker
What you felt, when, and how strongly — recorded on the same timeline as your doses.
-
GLP-1 weight tracker
Weight as a trend rather than a daily verdict, in the context of the cycle.
-
GLP-1 protein tracker
Protein-first food logging for a smaller appetite, with fibre and hydration alongside.
-
Injection site tracker
A body map that shows where the last few went, so rotation is visible not remembered.
-
GLP-1 food tracker
Photo, search, barcode and quick-add, with protein, fibre and water first and no red warnings.
-
Free GLP-1 tracker
Exactly what is free in Cafeity — and what Cafeity Pro adds.
What Cafeity will never do
- Recommend, calculate or adjust a dose, or tell you when to take one.
- Interpret a symptom, name a condition, or suggest what is causing something.
- Predict how much weight you will lose, or when.
- Set a calorie target below 1,200 kcal, or a weight goal below a BMI of 18.5.
Cafeity is a general wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. Questions about your treatment belong with a licensed healthcare professional.
Why only generic names
Cafeity's medication catalogue is generic-first. Brand names exist inside the app purely as display aliases you can pick for a dose record — they do not appear in our marketing, our App Store listing or this site's structure. Cafeity is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any pharmaceutical manufacturer, and all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
