What Cafeity is — and is not
Cafeity helps you record and review your own habits, self-reported symptoms, body measurements and self-administered medication schedule, and organise that for your own reference and for discussion with a healthcare professional.
Cafeity does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. It does not provide medical advice. It does not recommend, calculate, adjust or advise on medication doses or schedules, and it will not tell you when to take one. It is not a medical device and has not been reviewed by any medicines regulator.
The Cycle View is a schedule model drawn from the dose dates you enter and a published population half-life. It is arithmetic on your own log — not a blood measurement, not a prediction, and not a basis for any decision about your treatment.
Nothing in Cafeity replaces a conversation with a licensed clinician. If something feels severe, sudden or frightening, contact a clinician or emergency services — not an app.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract. Onboarding checks your date of birth.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Cafeity offers a paid subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record. Prices, currencies, trials and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We do not process App Store refunds and cannot override Apple's decision, though we will help you where we can.
Deleting your Cafeity data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel first — see the deletion policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Cafeity to give anyone else medical advice.
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or access another person's record.
- Do not reverse-engineer the app except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app.
Your data stays yours
Everything you log belongs to you. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to host and display it back to you, and to run the features you have consented to. That licence ends when you delete your data.
We do not use your health data to train models, and we do not sell it. See the privacy policy.
Availability
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Cafeity entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows, Cafeity is provided as-is, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for decisions you make about your treatment. Those belong with you and your prescriber.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
