General
What is Cafeity?
A private tracking companion for people taking a GLP-1 medication. It records your doses, meals, symptoms and measurements, and turns them into a clear picture of the week — plus a one-page summary you can take to an appointment.
Is Cafeity medical advice?
No. Cafeity is a general wellness product. It is intended to help you record and review information about your own daily habits, self-reported symptoms, body measurements and self-administered medication schedule, and to organise that information for your own reference and for discussion with a licensed healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, it does not provide medical advice, and it does not recommend, calculate, adjust or advise on medication doses or schedules.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone first. There is no Android build and no web app yet; if that changes it will be announced in the changelog.
Using the app
Does it work with any GLP-1 medication?
Yes. Cafeity is medication-agnostic — semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and the rest are simply labels on a dose record. It never recommends a medication, sources one, or comments on the dose you are on.
What is the Cycle View?
A chart of your estimated medication level across the week, drawn from the doses you logged and the published half-life for that medication. It is a schedule model, not a blood measurement, and it cannot tell you whether a dose is working or whether to change one — that conversation belongs with your prescriber.
What is a Visit Summary?
A one-page, print-ready PDF built from a period you choose. You decide which sections go in — medication and doses, weight trend, body measurements, symptoms — and nothing is shared until you export it. One per quarter on the free plan.
What does Ora actually do?
Ora answers questions about your own record in plain language. Every figure in an answer is calculated by the app first and checked against your log before you see it, so the numbers are yours rather than invented. Ora will not name a condition, predict an outcome, or say anything about what your dose should be. AI processing is off until you switch it on in Settings → Privacy, and everything else works without it.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Nothing punitive. The record shows what happened and when, so the pattern is visible to you and to your prescriber. There is no streak to break, and Gentle mode exists for weeks when logging everything is too much.
Account & data
Do I need an account to use Cafeity?
Yes — an account is what lets your record survive a lost phone and move with you between providers. There is a demo record you can open first, without signing up, to see how the app works.
Where is my health data stored?
On your device and in your own account, under per-record permissions so nothing is readable across accounts. Health information is never stored in iCloud, never sold, and never used for advertising.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, both, at any time. Export gives you everything in one file; deletion removes the record. Portability is a design goal, not a retention lever.
Troubleshooting
My dose reminder didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Check that notifications are allowed for Cafeity in iOS Settings, and that the reminder is still attached to the current schedule — moving a dose moves its reminder with it. If it still doesn’t fire, send us the date and time and we’ll look at it.
I logged a dose on the wrong day. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the dose in Dose history and change the date and time, or delete it. The Cycle View and every summary recalculate from the corrected record.
