The licence
Shaheer Malik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Cafeity on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
The licence is for your personal use. It is not a sale, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app
- Modify, translate or create derivative works from it
- Reverse-engineer or decompile it, except where law expressly permits and only to that extent
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notice
Apple-specific terms
Apple requires the following, and it is worth reading rather than skipping:
This agreement is between you and Shaheer Malik only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Cafeity or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for Cafeity. Support is ours — support@shaheercare.com.
If Cafeity fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
Shaheer Malik, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim about the app — including product liability, any failure to conform to legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Shaheer Malik, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that Cafeity infringes intellectual property rights.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not on any US Government restricted-parties list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
This app does not give medical advice
Cafeity is a general wellness product. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and never advises on doses. The full statement is in the Terms of Service, and it applies to this licence too.
Ending the licence
The licence ends automatically if you breach it, and you can end it at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not delete your data or cancel a subscription — see the deletion policy.
