Scope is the real difference
A peptide tracker is designed to hold any compound you add, and Pep AI's strength is keeping a multi-compound routine in one place. Cafeity is deliberately narrower. It is built around approved GLP-1 medicines, named by their generic names, and it does not build features around unapproved products. The FDA has warned specifically about unapproved and compounded GLP-1 products (see compounded GLP-1s). If your routine includes other compounds, Pep AI is designed for it and Cafeity is not.
Price
Pep AI's listing says a paid subscription is required to use its tracking features. In Cafeity, logging is free with 90 days of history, and Cafeity Pro adds unlimited history, reports, the Cycle View and Ora. Exactly what is free is set out in full.
Where your data lives
Pep AI's listing says personal data is stored and synced using Apple technologies and is not sold. Cafeity keeps health data on the device and in your own account, never in iCloud and never for advertising, with full export and deletion. Read both privacy policies.
