Printable monthly GLP-1 journal

Some people want the detail of a weekly tracker; others want to see the whole month at once. This is the month-at-a-glance version: one calendar, one small box a day, and just enough in each box to spot a pattern.

The short answer

This free monthly journal is a calendar page with a box for each day: date, a tick for the dose, weight, food noise and energy rated 0 to 5, and ticks for protein and water. Two boxes at the foot are for a summary of the month and for things to raise with your prescriber. It prints on US Letter or A4, landscape, with no sign-up.

How to use it

  • Write the dates in at the start of the month, and mark your dose days.
  • Rate food noise and energy each evening, 0 to 5. Over a month, a dose-day pattern either shows up or it does not — see food noise.
  • Tick protein and water when you have hit whatever target you and your prescriber have agreed.
  • Summarise at the end of the month in two lines, and bring the page to your next appointment.

Common questions

What is the difference between the journal and the weekly tracker?
The weekly tracker has room for detail each day — sites, amounts, several symptoms. The journal shows a whole month on one page with a few quick marks per day. Many people use the journal and switch to the weekly tracker around a dose change.
